SAMPLE DAY SCHEDULE & INFO:
- 7-8am : The Miracle Morning (meditation, mantra, journaling; Starting the day on high vibration)
- 8-9:30am : Vinyasa Yoga Practice / Workshop with Dashama or Guest Expert
- 9:30-10:30 : Breakfast and Rest / Shower
- 10:30-1:30pm : Workshop (Anatomy / Physiology, Philosophy, Hands on Adjustments, Thai Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Special Needs, Yoga Therapy, Acroyoga/ Partner Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, etc.)
- 1:30-4pm : BREAK/ Free time (and/or study time!)
- 4:30-6pm : Yoga Workshop (with Dashama or guest teacher) can be Vinyasa, Yin, Therapeutic, Power, Kundalini, etc.)
- 6pm on : FREE time to explore, go to new places for dinner, study, rest, spa, etc.
- **The Bali YTT200 hybrid training, in combination with the 100 hours online workshop series, qualifies you to receive the 200 hour RYT from Yoga Alliance and can also be used for a bridge program between the 300 hour and 500 hour RYT if you have already completed the 300 hour training with Pranashama or another approved school.

I founded Pranashama Yoga Institute in 2011 and since then have lead yoga teacher trainings world wide & certified hundreds of teachers from over 50 countries. About Dave Smyth
The former motor cross athlete rock and roll singer turned yoga guru, Dave brings love and devotion, playfulness and community everywhere you goes. His dedication has evolved from the life healing practice that healed his back from 2 near fatal spinal injuries. A teachers teacher, he has been assisting Dashama at 200, 300 and 500 hour yoga teacher trainings for over 7 years. With over 12 years experience as a teacher, he has been called "The Fixer" as the top trainer for motor cross athletes in the UK and featured in multiple magazine, radio, news and media in the UK and beyond. He leads the 300 hour / 30 day YTT for Pranashama Yoga Institute as well as the hybrid YTT200 trainings and retreats world wide.
